Tonight is the 2-hour series premiere of Falling Skies on TNT at 9/8c. The show opens in the chaotic aftermath of an alien attack that has left most of the world completely incapacitated. In the six months since the initial invasion, the few survivors have banded together outside major cities to begin the difficult task of fighting back. Each day is a test of survival as citizen soldiers work to protect the people in their care while also engaging in an insurgency campaign against the occupying alien force. The aliens in the series are mighty, mysterious and merciless. They are highly intelligent and use military-like tactics, which makes them an overwhelming force against the 2nd Mass. There are two types of aliens that the human survivors have named Skitters and Mechs. Combining live action and special visual effects, the Skitters have spider-like bodies and incredible strength and agility. The deadly, robotic Mechs stand upright and can shoot bullets from their arms. The aliens control captured children, like Tom?s son Ben, through bio-mechanical harnesses but have yet to reveal their ultimate plan for them. The show stars Noah Wyle (ER), Moon Bloodgood (Terminator Salvation), Will Patton (Armageddon, Into the West), Drew Roy (Secretariat), Maxim Knight (Brothers & Sisters), Connor Jessup (The Saddle Club), Seychelle Gabriel (Weeds), Colin Cunningham (Living in Your Car), and Sarah Carter (Shark).

Tonight is the series premiere of 101 Ways to Leave a Game Show on ABC at 9/8c. Based on Endemol?s successful worldwide format, 101 Ways to Leave a Game Show will feature contestants competing in one of the most insane game shows in history for a chance to win $50,000. Contestants will match wits in a series of multiple choice questions, with one contestant being eliminated every round. But unlike any other game show in the world, the eliminated contestant will then be ejected from the show in spectacular fashion, i.e., being flown away strapped to the wing of a biplane, shot out of a cannon, pushed off the top of a moving semi truck, dragged underwater by a one ton anchor or yanked off a dock by a speed boat. The show will be hosted by Jeff Sutphen (BrainSurge).
?
Following that, it?s the series premiere of Combat Hospital, also on ABC, at 10/9c. This new drama is set in 2006 at the only military hospital providing advanced surgical care in all of Southern Afghanistan, and charts the frantic lives of the hospital?s resident doctors and nurses from Canada, America, the U.K. and other allied countries. This highly-charged series follows the characters as they navigate through the relentless life-and-death battles on the operating table and the never-ending conflicts that arise from working in a war zone military hospital. It stars Elias Koteas (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) as Colonel Marks, Michelle Borth (Hawaii Five-0) as Canadian surgeon Dr. Rebecca Gordon, Luke Mably (The Gates) as neurosurgeon Dr. Simon Hill, Deborah Kara Unger (The Hurricane) as Australian army psychiatrist Major Ada Pedersen, Terry Chen (Sanctuary) as trauma team leader Captain Bobby Trang and Arnold Pinnock (The Listener) as Commander Will Royal, Chief of Nursing.

Tired of cookie-cutter law school grads, Harvey takes a gamble by hiring Mike on the spot after he recognizes his raw talent and photographic memory. Mike and Harvey are a winning team. Even though Mike is a genius, he still has a lot to learn about law. Mike?s other allies in the office include the firm?s best paralegal Rachel (Meghan Markle, CSI: Miami, Fringe) and Harvey?s no-nonsense assistant Donna (Sarah Rafferty) to help him serve justice. Proving to be an irrepressible duo and invaluable to the practice, Mike and Harvey must keep their secret from everyone including managing partner Jessica (Gina Torres, Huge, Alias, 24, Firefly) and Harvey?s arch nemesis Louis (Rick Hoffman, Samantha Who?, Jake in Progress, Philly), who seems intent on making Mike?s life as difficult as possible.
