Laura Anderko, PhD, RN, the Robert and Kathleen Scanlon Chair in Values Based Health Care at Georgetown University School of Nursing and Health Studies, recently moderated a panel discussion at the Future of Food conference sponsored by the Washington Post Live.
Anderko's panel, which occurred after a keynote address by the Prince Charles, focused on the future of international food.
The event was held at the Georgetown University campus.
