A Saudi Based Company looking for a young dynamic Human Resources Director, who has the ability to Manage the HR department and capability to handle all kinds of Government issues related to H.R.M.
The Human Resources Director guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.
Saudi Nationals are Preferred.

Skills

? Ability to develop HR programs and policies based on business new requirements.
? Ability to develop technical papers, policy papers and to present technical information to senior management people.
? Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills.
? Demonstrated proficiency with Ms Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
? Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.
? Able to manage multitask work in a strong-paced environment.
? Ability to mentor and supervise staff.
? Ability to negotiate contribution agreement and contracts.
? Ability to speak, write and read the English language.
? Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.
? Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
? Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines.
