When someone enters a search on the internet they are expecting a result that will answer a question or solve a problem. Your job as a marketer should be to answer the questions by getting your website, product or service in front of these buyers. Sounds complicated right? It's not. You just need to start a blog or multiple blogs based on related keywords, learn simple SEO techniques, onsite and offsite and create good, relevant content. This is a great way to start getting your website to the top of the search engines creating targeted internet traffic which will turn into prospects for your business. So we've covered getting into business and learning online marketing on the content side but there is still another targeted form of online marketing you can use that is extremely powerful. I'm talking about PPC advertising or pay per click. PPC ads are the ads on the side of the search engines and are put there by advertisers based on the keywords that searchers are typing in.
